Sweet Catering · Nusa Dua
If you've never booked sweet catering before, the quotes can
be confusing — "dessert catering" means very different things to
different suppliers. Knowing what's typically included helps you compare fairly
and avoid surprise costs.
At minimum, sweet catering covers the food: a selection of
desserts, usually priced per item or per guest. A full-service Bali catering provider may also cover styling
and staff; others stop at delivery.
Common inclusions to check for: the desserts themselves
(often from a dedicated kitchen like a
Bali bakery), delivery to the Nusa Dua venue, basic display stands, and
sometimes setup staff. Frequently excluded: premium rentals, on-site serving
staff, signage, and clearing.
Ask whether warm or savoury bites are part of the package or
a separate line. A supplier focused on sweets may not cover canapรฉs, so you
might pair them with a food kitchen such as an
established Bali food brand for the savoury side.
Other things to confirm: minimum order, lead time for
numbers, heat-safe handling, and whether tastings are available. Get the full
scope in one written quote — typical inclusions and current rates differ, so
confirm directly with the supplier.
Ask each supplier for a written scope — food, delivery,
stands, staff, clearing — so you compare like for like.
